Somebody wants your trucks at their quinceanera. Somebody else runs a festival and wants you in it. Those are two different conversations, and right now they both come through the same phone. Maggie tells them apart on the first question, then asks only what matters for that side.
What Maggie actually does
She answers the phone, works out which of two conversations this is on the very first question, then asks only what matters for that side. She never quotes a price, never commits to a date, and hands you a lead with the answers already on it.
Somebody wants to hire your trucks. Quinceaneras, birthdays, corporate. She gets the date, the city, headcount, how many trucks, hours on site, power and water, then covers the deposit.
Somebody is running an event. Festivals and markets. She asks how the money works and which direction it flows, what is included, whether the fee is charged per day, and how many of your trucks can come.
Every call starts from Canyon Lake. She tells callers where your trucks roll out of, early and without being asked, so travel is priced in from the first minute instead of being a surprise at the quote.
One number, more than one truck. An organizer calling around makes six calls to six operators. They make one call to you and get several trucks, each carrying something different. She captures that on every call.

Does she handle both private events and festivals?
Yes, and she tells them apart on the very first question. The two sides need completely different information, so she never asks a festival question on a birthday party call.
What is on the trucks?
Comfort food. Philly cheesesteaks, custom burgers, chicken fried steak, beef enchiladas and funnel cake. Each truck carries something different, so booking more than one gets real variety at the same event.
